Memphis police detain man believed to be guilty of streaming a shooting on Facebook
Memphis police announced in a statement they took 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly into custody.
A spokesperson confirmed in an email they were in "direct contact" with Memphis police just after a public alert was released to find the suspect
Erica Sakin said Facebook "identified and removed live content prior to the initial public alert from the Memphis Police Department"
