DOJ issued memo not suing Trump for obstruction

2019 memo issued by former Attorney General William Barr for not prosecuting President Donald Trump under order from DC Circuit Court of Appeal

A revised version of the initial memo was issued by the department in May 2021

More than six of the 10 pages of the initial memo were completely edited by that edition

On Friday, a panel of judges in the DC Circuit had given a strict order to issue a complete memorandum

The memo played a role in his decision on whether Trump is not accused

DOJ officials said that first of all the memo should be kept away from the public

But a district judge also says that Barr was never involved in such a process

Engel and O'Callaghan also expressed their opinion that their determination was different from what they considered
