JDU spokesperson Neeraj has retaliated against RJD quota minister Chandrashekhar’s tweet, in which Tejashwi Yadav was credited for educating Bihar. He has compared the Nitish government to the reign of Lalu Yadav’s wife Rabri Devi, who was considered a jungle raj. On the other hand, CM Nitish Kumar is denying any dispute in the alliance.
Education Minister Chandrashekhar, who gave a controversial statement on Ramcharitmanas, made a tweet on Monday, which heated up the politics. Sharing a news, Chandrasekhar wrote that basic resources, proper education, educated Bihar, stunning Bihar ‘. That is, he gave the credit for the development in the field of education in Bihar to Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav. Many meanings were derived from this tweet of Chandrasekhar.
After this, JDU leader Neeraj Kumar made separate tweets on Tuesday comparing Rabri Devi’s reign and Nitish Kumar’s rule. He claimed with the figures of the Education Department that remarkable work has been done in this field in Bihar under Nitish Raj. The JDU spokesperson said that the budget for education in Bihar was only 3.74 per cent in 2003-04, when RJD was in power in the state and Lalu Yadav’s wife Rabri Devi was the Chief Minister. This budget increased to 19.3 percent in 2021-22. Also, during the RJD government, the proportion of students registering for higher education in 2005 was 6 per cent, which also increased to 19.3 per cent in 2020-21.
