In Lucknow’s Hasanganj Kotwali area, a girl studying in class 10 was raped by her boyfriend on the pretext of taking her for a ride. It is alleged that he took the girl to a house in Indira Nagar. Hasanganj Kotwali police have registered a case against the accused on the basis of Tahrir given by the girl’s family members. Accused Somil Chowdhary lives in a rented house in the locality of the victim girl. According to the 15-year-old student, the accused often started following her while going from home to school. A few days back, on Somil’s request, the student had gone for a walk with him. According to the victim Somil, the accused gave her intoxicating substance at a house in Indira Nagar. On regaining consciousness, the victim objected to Somil’s act. The accused showed the video made in objectionable condition. According to the victim, she stopped meeting the accused. He started pressuring to meet. On refusal, the accused posted the objectionable video on Instagram.
